The Characteristic of Twin Screw Extruder for Making the Pet Feed
With the increasing variety of pets, all kinds of pets have adult and young, the requirements for pet food are also increasing. Pet food produced by wet extrusion machine tastes better and is more digestible for pets.
The so-called wet method is to heat and wet the pet food raw materials through steam, that is, to preliminary treat the raw materials, so that the starch in the raw materials is pre-gelatinized, protein denaturation, raw material softening, which is conducive to improving the puffing pelleting effect and puffing quality of pet food.
The specific particle size and shape of puffed pet food were obtained by changing the mold. Molds can be customized according to customer requirements.
After the pet food is produced by puffing machine, it is sprayed with oil and seasoning. Oil sprayer sprays oil, food attractant. And the seasoning equipment including semi-automatic flavor roller, single roller and twin-roller etc, which all can be customized for client according to the output, product nature configuration of processing line.
Spraying fat onto the surface of the feed, along with minced meat and spices, and spread evenly. After this process can also remove the feed particle surface burr, burr edge, make the feed particle surface more smooth.
Finally, by cooling conveyor and reducing the surface temperature of drying feed particles, promote grease solidification, reduce the particle temperature, convenient packaging.
