Introduction to the process of the macaroni production line

21-09-2026

Our macaroni production line is designed specifically to meet the production needs of various pasta products such as macaroni and spaghetti. From raw material entry to finished product packaging, every step takes into account stability and precision. Whether it's producing regular macaroni or customized pasta with special molds, it can adapt seamlessly.

The production line adopts an automated circulation mode, with its core consisting of five modules: raw material pre-treatment system, extrusion molding system, drying and shaping system, cooling and sorting system, and packaging and metering system. These modules are operated with an intelligent control system, eliminating the need for frequent manual intervention throughout the process. This not only ensures production efficiency but also controls product quality.

In the raw material stage, specialized mixing and stirring equipment is used. After the ingredients such as flour, water, and egg liquid are mixed in precise proportions, they undergo low-speed stirring and proofing to allow the ingredients to fully blend and avoid issues such as clumping and uneven texture. The proofed raw materials are then transported to the extrusion molding area, which is the core of the production line. Equipped with self-designed multi-size molds, this area can quickly produce a wide range of products, from common straight, curved, and spiral-shaped macaroni to customized patterns and irregular cross-sections, simply by changing the mold. The extrusion process employs constant pressure control, ensuring that the extruded raw materials maintain a uniform shape, avoiding deformation and breakage, and guaranteeing consistent density in each piece of macaroni.

The molded wet dough will directly enter the continuous drying and shaping tunnel, where temperature and humidity are controlled in stages, from low-temperature pre-drying to high-temperature shaping, gradually removing moisture to avoid cracking and sticking of the macaroni during the drying process. The drying cycle can be flexibly adjusted according to product specifications, ranging from a few hours to complete deep drying, ensuring that the moisture content of the finished product meets industry standards and extending the storage period.

After drying, the finished products will enter the cooling zone for natural cooling, avoiding deterioration and sticking issues caused by high-temperature packaging. The cooled macaroni will pass through an intelligent sorting device to remove broken and unqualified products. The qualified products will then enter the packaging process. The packaging system supports quantitative metering and allows for the selection of different packaging formats such as bagged and boxed products according to demand. The metering accuracy is high, the packaging is tightly sealed, and it is suitable for different market sales scenarios.
